At ATFAN CO, we value your satisfaction and aim to please and  provide the best service possible. Please note the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

- All Sales Are Final: We offer in-store credit only for approved returns.

- Exchanges: We accept exchanges provided the item is in its original packaging and unworn.

Returns FAQ

How do I return for store credit or exchange for a different size?

  • Email your order number and email address to returns@athingsfan.com
  • Indicate the items ordered and the reason for their return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, it will take 1-2 business weeks for inspection. You will receive an email with the approval or denial of your store credit request.

What items are returnable? 

  • All shirts In unworn and original packing 
  • Within 30 days from the date of receipt.

What items are non-refundable? 

The following items cannot be returned:

• All Accessories
• Rummage Sale Items
• Items marked as Final Sale. 

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, contact us at returns@athingsfan.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my store credit?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, the credit request will be processed within 1-3  working business  day after approval.
